Regular Conference: Friday August 14th, 8am to Sunday August 16th, 12pm

Pre-Conference: Thursday August 13th, 1pm-5:30pm

Post-Conference: Sunday August 16th, 11pm-6pm



Scholarships are offered on an as-needed basis to participants who wish to attend the conference.  Scholarship recipients are eligible to attend the Thursday night Welcome Dinner, all conference activities Friday-Sunday, and the Friday night Gala and Silent Auction.  Pre-conference and post-conference are not included in the scholarship.

Applications are due June 22nd, 2015.  Recipients will be notified by July 7th, 2015.

In addition, one full-rate scholarship, the Bobby Wilson Scholarship, will be awarded annually to a deserving recipient in the conference host city.
